The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) of University College of Engineering Pannuti (UCEP) bridges the gap between academia and industry, guiding students toward professional excellence. It focuses on skill development, career guidance, and employability enhancement through regular training sessions, workshops, and recruitment drives.
With continuous industry collaboration and dedicated mentoring, the cell ensures students become competent, confident, and industry-ready professionals.
Conducted annually for pre-final and final year students to enhance communication, teamwork, and professional skills through interactive sessions and real-time assessments. Spanning 6 days offline and 12 days online, it builds confidence, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, preparing students for corporate and real-world success.

The Centre for University–Industry Collaboration (CUIC) of Anna University facilitates pooled and on-campus recruitment drives for UCEP students. It connects students with leading companies and industry partners, offering opportunities for placements, internships, and career development.

The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) at UCEP consistently records excellent placements across disciplines. Over 100+ students are placed annually in core and IT companies with packages up to ₹4–5 LPA, reflecting strong training and industry collaboration.
Students also gain real-world exposure through internships and industrial visits, enhancing technical and professional skills. Many internships during the pre-final year lead to placement offers in reputed organizations.
